David did a great job. After David's research we picked a price point that would attract serious buyers and ended up with multiple offers for more than our asking price. We are New York City residents and just closed on our first home in Summit New Jersey.  We hit the lottery with David.  David was with us every step of the way - from our initial meeting to discuss our needs/wants in a home through the bidding process and all the way through closing day.  David took time out of his busy schedule to accommodate us (many times as the last minute) for viewings inspections and several visits to our home prior to closing.  David gave us his honest opinion and never pressured us into deciding one way or another provided many reliable recommendations (e.g. inspectors roofers chimney experts painters flooring professionals etc.) and sent us gentle reminders about next steps to ensure we were staying on track.  He advocated on our behalf with inspectors our attorney the seller's agent and our title company keeping in constant communication with us after each call made and email sent.  He'd also call us just to see how we were doing from time to time and even sent us a list of his favorite restaurants and stores in our/surrounding town(s).  We are so grateful to David for everything he has done for us and are proud to call him our agent and friend.  If you're lucky enough to work with David know that you're in the best of hands.  We give David our highest recommendation!
