I gave him specific parameters to work with such as area of town, RV parking, no West facing exposure etc. David Finster had his finger on the pulse of listings and send me links to matching properties often. David did not waste my time by showing me houses that did not meet my criteria. He was very low pressure and maintained a confidence that together, we would find a match I would be happy with. Closing was easy and communication good. He did all the heavy lifting and made a potentially mind boggling experience with paperwork easy to handle by going over everything with me in detail. Would highly recomend.
