I highly recommend working with David. He and I worked together in April to purchase my current home. David is a highly experienced realtor with a plethora of knowledge about the housing market, current trends, ever changing Chicago regulations, etc. I appreciated David's work ethic. He worked nearly non-stop making himself available day, night, and during the weekend to set up showings around my busy schedule. David acted as an ally throughout the purchasing process -- he worked to ensure that I was receiving the best deal possible (he even suggested a lower offer price than I did). This was highly appreciative because he knows the housing market far better than I do. Additionally, David's work didn't stop once I closed on the house -- he continued to follow up and make sure that I was pleased with the home, his work and that there were no outstanding efforts. Finally, David has tons of contacts -- I found my lender through David, as well as both my inspector and state-required lawyer. All of these contacts were equally as skilled. They made the process very easy. I'll definitely be reaching out to David when I decide to sell my current home.
