Absolutely advise against using David as a sellers agent. He was incredibly difficult to get in touch with, we often had to chase him down or go around him entirely to get answers. He did not explain the process of accepting an FHA buyer (that the appraisal sticks with the house for 6months). He would say one thing one day and something completely different the next (for example he told us the buyer had ordered the appraise on a Monday but by Wednesday it was the buyer still needs to submit financials to get approved). Nothing is done digitally which means everything has to be signed in person and he doesn’t provide copies unless you specifically ask. Absolutely terrible experience. Do NOT use if you want to sell your house.
