David and Shelly are a terrific duo! My husband and I loved working with them to buy our very first house. As you can imagine, we were really nervous about the process--we were transplants to Seattle, didn't understand the market, and were buying for the first time. David and Shelly spent a lot of time with us. They worked hard to understand what we wanted in a home. They put together thoughtful tours that helped us get a sense of inventory that was available and that would meet our needs. They also worked hard to make sure we understood the process and would feel comfortable about making an offer. They were also patient and kind about answering our many questions! No question was too stupid or too silly, and each was treated seriously and with the utmost respect. David and Shelly made us and our home search feel like their top priority. They were always very responsive and good about communicating through many different format--calls, texts, and emails. David and Shelly were strong advocates for us. From the pre-approval for our mortgage to speaking with the seller's agent. They worked hard to help us put forward the best offer we possibly could. And, it worked! We're so thrilled with the home we bought. We also appreciate that our relationship hasn't ended at the point of sale. David and Shelly have been checking in on us to make sure we're settling in okay. They even sent us recommendations for local contractors since we didn't know where to begin that part of the process! Basically, David and Shelly make a stressful, scary process a lot less stressful and a lot less scary. Heck, we even had some fun during the process! We cannot recommend them highly enough.
