Talented and motivated agent but needs to consider client's concerns first and not rush and push the clients into buying a house that they may regret later. An agent is supposed to watch over his client in any real estate transaction especially when dealing with major safety issues with a property but this agent had absolutely no concern for my family's safety for the property we bought and rushed me into signing important documents that addressed issues that could have been reviewed and negotiated better.
