I have owned and operated a construction and rehab company, finance & lending brokerage, worked for major banks and finance institutions in the capacity of Vice President, Area Manager and Private Banking and High Net Worth Lending and currently own and operate a commercial real estate and business & Franchise sales brokerage named Elwood.Biz.
I have successfully personally bought and sold and/or rehabbed a large past portfolio of residential, multifamily and commercial properties.

After growing up in the Bay Area of California, David relocated to the Midwest to SE Michigan in 1991.
David has owned and operated a construction and rehab company, finance & high net worth lending and mortgage brokerage and currently owns and operates a real estate and business brokerage named Elwood.Biz. He is the Broker Associate and Stockholder of Epique Realty, the first AI certified brokerage providing more tech. Tools , marketing & advertising and personal benefits to its Agents and Clients than ever before.
Formerly built, owned and then sold the largest business brokerage by units and volume in the state of Michigan specializing in buying and selling of Businesses and Franchises.
