David was a great agent, is a great person and we could not have found a better person to guide us through our first buying experience. First he was funny, informed, and willing to strategize with us through the process. He had stories, technical information, and a good eye for houses within our range and requirements. He was personal and it felt like we were working on a project together with a good friend. And when he didn't have an answer he was active to get it, and smart people say "I don't know, but I'll find out" and that says it all about the intelligence and character of the man.
