I have worked with David to sell 2 houses and purchase 1 home. David saved us thousands of dollars by sharing his knowledge of the market and financing opportunities. David Truly cares about your home buying or selling journey and was always there to answer questions and guide us through each step of the experience. He shared his knowledge of the process and accompanied us to many prospective homes/neighborhoods/cities. When there was a disagreement with the purchasers of our former home, David helped to smooth things out with the purchasers and their agent. My family highly recommends David for your purchasing or selling needs.

David is one of the most kind, upbeat, uplifting and positive Real Estate agents I know. Dave and I share locker space at a local Lifetime Fitness gym…I thankfully Ran into him after my morning work out and asked him what he thought about the current Real Estate Market and it’s Trends. He said all the above - mind you now, I put Dave in the position of Johnny on the Spot, (Front and Center) with all the locker room guys front, Center and first hand witnesses - Dave didn’t skip a beat - he was calm, Confident and assured me he’d sell my home for more-Well, as God as my witness Mr. Dutze got us between $ 75,000 and $ 100,000 more on the Sale of our Home than we expected… He helped us understand many, complex sales transaction details (Title - Surveys and Deed restrictions, Lending, Underwriting, appraisals, Home Inspections, etc) On a final note (for me and my husband) this is the most important fact - His Character - Dave’s integrity, honesty and his high morals, are self evident before, during and after the transaction. David Dutze’s Skill set is Sales and Marketing…We had (3) Open houses and had Multiple Offers…We accepted an offer higher than list (sales) price. David Dutze is not the kind of Agent who puts a sign in the yard and hopes the House sells. He actually works - conducting open houses, mailers and farms current residence neighborhoods and surrounding neighborhoods for buyers and seeking buyers… David is Articulate, Detailed, Courteous, Kind, and a consummate Professional.
