We had a great experience working with Dave. I was selling my mom's house, and live 3 hours away from where it was located. He went above and beyond my expectations - even meeting contractors to hep me get quotes when I wasn't able to make the drive to get there. He was extremely responsive to all of my questions, and gave excellent advice on getting the house ready for sale. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the market, and provided great communication throughout the entire process. Bottom line – I can’t imagine having a more positive experience and recommend him without reservation to anyone looking to buy or sell.
