I have been a licensed Realtor for 11 years and a contractor for 24. Twelve of those years I have carried a class A builder’s license. It’s my love of the housing industry that lead me to become a licensed Realtor. Having both a Builder and Realtor license, I’m able to provide a unique service to my customers, a thorough understanding of real estate. From raw land development to a site built home, from buying a property to selling, I will be there every step of the process.
Over the past 12 years I’ve worked close with investors to purchase homes to remodel and resale. I have also built homes for investors and for families. It’s the contractor and Realtor knowledge that enables my clients to make a solid investment in an ever changing housing industry.
