Working with David was a great decision! We asked our estate planning attorney, Ken Begun, for the name of a real estate professional who could assist in putting together and closing a real estate transaction between two willing parties.Ken recommended David Dufresne to us. We owned a condominium in Danville which we wanted to sell and our tenant wanted to buy. We did not need either a listing agent nor a buying agent nor did either of us want to pay the fees associated with a traditional real estate transaction. David Dufresne was professional in every way. He explained the process to both parties, telling us that he was representing neither party but would put together all of the documents needed to complete the deal. And he did. What can I say, he was great in every aspect. For someone buying his first home, who doesn't know much about "the process", I couldn't have been more lucky to have found him or more pleased with his work ethic and skills. He definitely knows his trade and then some. The worst thing you can experience is being uninformed. Not with David. He doesn't sugar coat anything which is what you want. He is always upfront and direct. If you want a poodle as your broker, then David isn't for you. If you want a bulldog, someone who stays on top of things, keeps the process on schedule and represents you and what you want in a home, then David is the right fit. My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased. Without hesitation, we would use him again.

David is knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we didn’t compromise on our forever home and helped us through every step of the process. He was always helpful and honest about homes we saw. He would let us know if homes were worth pursuing or if we should wait till something better came along. We would work with him again.
