David did an outstanding job dealing with the sale of our home. Deciding to Sell out home after 35 years was trying for us, memories and all. David was cognizant of our feeling which made us feel very comfortable . David never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly to any question or concerns we had 24/7. He offered excellent advice, answered every question, and helped make informed decisions. We had a contract within a month and were very pleased with the results due mostly to David's advertising and hard work.
