My wife and I interviewed three realtors before we listed. David wasn't the one who was most optimistic about sale price - but he was the most prepared - he had more relevant comps and had dialed into significant differences in a visually intuitive manner. It was a good horse and pony show. So a month or two later when we were ready to sell David got our business. I'm pretty glad he did. New comps entered the picture shortly before our listing went live. David recommended we go with a higher list price (which we did, and got). Most of the realtors explained that a double offer situation was a good place to be. David both explained this and then executed on it. At the end of the day, we were able to sell our house at a price that I thought it was lucky to appraise for. David was super helpful throughout the process, very responsive, and able to effectively negotiate the sale - without any headaches.
