David is amazing!! He really made the process easy for my husband and I to sell our house and purchase a new one!! I had just given birth to our son that is high medical needs. When he was 6 months old we discovered what he would need in order to bring him home. Unfortunately the house we were in wasn't suitable for our son. So David helped us list it. We were able to sell fairly quickly and he made that process super simple! He really listened to what we needed in our new home. We found the diamond in the rough home that is not only perfect for us and our son but it's really close to his hospital. We have since been able to bring our boy home and if it wasn't for David helping us he would still be at the hospital. David didn't waste any time, he listened to all the details of what we needed, had great communication, negotiated perfectly and made sure we were not taken advantage of during our sale/purchase!! I highly recommend him!!!
