Both of my experiences with David Dennin have been very positive. He has represented me in both a purchase and a sale here in Fort Lauderdale. David is highly professional, skilled, and knowledgeable in his field. I consider him a premier agent and would recommend him without reservation.
David worked tirelessly for us, and we were demanding, but he found us exactly what we wanted. He was dogged in his pursuit of the perfect residence (our version), a hunt that lasted well over a year. He is a no nonsense professional, refreshingly direct about the strengths and weaknesses of each property we looked at, something sadly not common in his profession. He stayed with us until the final closing, bird dogging every detail, patiently correcting all the inevitable mistakes and errors that crept in along the way, none of which, I add, were caused by him. Experience counts as David demonstrated time and again. If you appreciate professionalism, commitment, honesty, hard work and plain speaking, he is the man for you. I recommend him unreservedly.
Dave Dennin was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional, He always responded to my questions in a timely manner and promptly followed up on all details. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to friends. He did an excellent job and got me a better price for my property then I had hoped for. David has a large network of contacts and professionals who made the closing swift and easy.
