Dave is a great guy, very knowledgeable. Helped me take a previously renovated house that needed a little TLC, and positioned it nicely for a new owner. Needed to strap a water heater, updated home warranty, had connections with local contractors to resod lawn, paint, and check the seal around the foundation. Very happy with the result. Went over asking with multiple offers.
