Working with David was awesome. He is awesome. Knowledgable, attentive, direct—he worked with us remotely while we were still located in New York, helping us through what would've ultimately been a stressful process had he not gone above and beyond to put our minds at ease. We weren't the easiest clients, and he handled everything with poise, professionalism and style! We ended up offering lower than asking, with $20k in equity by the end of it, in a sellers market. Incredible work, highly recommended.
