I enjoyed working with David. He is very detailed in explaining the process. He is also very patient as I started and stopped my search for the perfect place for me. He calmed my concerns doing this alone. When he saw the first home was going nowhere, he called and told me my options but was also straight forward with saying this is not the situation I want you in any further. So we took another look at other houses and someone took my offer and my requests for improvements. Working him feels like family. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
