David was an amazing real estate agent and a true expert to work with! We were set on looking for a property in the Bend area for us to use on occasion and also easily rent out. Given the competitive market and some indecisiveness on our end - David remained super patient, always informative, responsive and never pushed us to make a decision that we weren’t 100% on. It was clear that David knew the area extremely well, had great connections, and stepped us through the entire process - checking in on us even after we closed. We are very appreciative of David and because of him we were able to close on a beautiful cabin at Brasada Ranch (an area we weren’t even really considering before). I highly recommend David and will definitely seek his services in the future!
