David Custons contacted me, out of the blue, regarding property that I had listed to sell but was taken off the market for a while. I was skeptical when he informed me that he had an offer on the property, and asked if he could have my email, I reluctantly provide my email. A few days later, actually it was President Trump's Inauguration Day :) 1/20/2025, that I opened the email, expecting a disappointment offer, when to my surprise, I received a fair market value offer, and accepted. During the course of the process of closing on the property, David Custons, returned my calls and or emails "very" promptly, which was certainly comforting but established "trust".
