David was so helpful with walking me through the process as a first time seller. He pushed for me to get the highest amount I deserved for my home and was very realistic with the outcomes. It’s hard to find people in a profession that you know nothing about who are willing to break things down and make them easy to understand and less overwhelming; David exceeded all expectations!

David has now closed two homes for my family in the last couple of months, and to say that our experience with him has been amazing would be the understatement of 2023. He goes so far above and beyond the scope of his job to help in any imaginable way, and we ALL appreciate it so much. My fiancee and I had a very difficult deal to close... our mortgage company completely screwed us at the last second. Nobody is going to be more on your side. 5 stars isn't enough... and with all the things that could potentially go wrong in any real estate deal, there's nothing that relieves anxiety more than having somebody like David in your corner.

From start to finish, David was highly organized, understood exactly what we were looking for in a condo, easy to get ahold of, communicative, and detail oriented. We live out of state and he walked us through the virtual closing, He helped us find a contractor to do renovations and service people to do repairs and connected us with other services we needed. He was very professional, personable, and calmly handled any little issues that came up during the various stages of looking at properties and the purchasing process. I cannot say enough about how happy we were with his expertise as a realtor.
