David Custons contacted me, out of the blue, regarding property that I had listed to sell but was taken off the market for a while. I was skeptical when he informed me that he had an offer on the property, and asked if he could have my email, I reluctantly provide my email. A few days later, actually it was President Trump's Inauguration Day :) 1/20/2025, that I opened the email, expecting a disappointment offer, when to my surprise, I received a fair market value offer, and accepted.
