A North Texas native who grew up in Fannin County, David Cullar brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience across real estate brokerage, land development, mortgage, and home building. After earning his Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University–Commerce and his Master’s from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, he returned home and has been deeply involved in the region’s growth ever since. Formerly co-owner and broker of RE/MAX Visionary of Fannin County (now part of RE/MAX DFW Associates), David has become one of the area’s leading brokers for complex transactions surrounding the new lakes in Fannin County—navigating the unique opportunities and challenges these projects present. He is especially focused on commercial real estate, with strong expertise in syndications, property exchanges, and a wide range of asset types, backed by extensive land-development experience. David spent 15 years in new-home sales and design, guiding projects across Texas. In 2009, while with one of the leading DFW home builders, he was named Sales Professional of the Year by the Greater Dallas Homebuilders Association.
