David Cullar grew up in Ravenna, TX is a graduate of Bonham, High School and is a fourth generation Fannin County native. After completing a Bachelor’s degree at Texas A & M - Commerce and Master’s at at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, David came back to Texas and has worked in the real estate brokerage, land development as well as the mortgage and home building industries ever since. He has an extensive breadth of experience and education in many different areas of real estate and has become one of the leading brokers handling complicated transactions around the new lakes in Fannin County.. He is very experienced when it comes to farm and ranch, development, and commercial properties as well as residential. He spent 15 years in new home sales and design selling and guiding projects all over the state of Texas. While working for one of the leading DFW home builders in 2009 he was named Sales Professional of the Year by The Greater Dallas Homebuilders Association. David understands the rapid changes that are happening in our area and stands ready to help you from the perspective of a native to North Texas as well as someone who has worked in the ever evolving North Texas real estate market for over 25 years.
