I AM IN INDIANA AND THE LOT WAS IN FLORIDA, SO EVERYTHING WAS DONE BY EMAIL. HE HELPED ME WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTS, AND GOT THE JOB DONE. WITH THIS JUST BEING A LOT HIS COMMISSION WAS REALLY SMALL, BUT HE TREATED IT LIKE A MILLION DOLLAR SALE. HE ALWAYS ANSWERED MY CALLS AND WAS VERY HELPFUL, YOU WILL NOT GOING WRONG IF YOU USE DAVID AS AN AGENT. HE WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the work David Comrie did for us on our sale. We had the misfortune of having a very large and messy estate dropped in our laps and it took over eight months to sort out the many moving parts. I feel that Having David in our corner for the whole duration was a key to our sanity and to landing on our feet. There are many unforeseen kinks that pop up when selling a home and our estate was as chaotic and undesirable as they come. We needed a multidisciplinary approach to turning a mess into a desirable home and David made it possible. He was able to provide us with a range of reliable and effective resources to tie off the many loose and sometimes unimaginable ends. He was always approachable to have a friendly conversation about any minute quirk that might raise or lower the value of our home.
