My wife and I meet David a few years ago while visiting an open house showing. We were impressed with his real estate expertise and professionalism . During the past year , we reached out to David to assist us on finding the right home for us. He was always quick to answer the phone and available to get us showings. We looked at many properties and he was very good in giving market analysis on each property and gave good feedback on the pluses an minuses on each property. Once we found the right home, he was able to get us to be the first showing of the property and quickly put in an offer. The listing agent for the property we purchased was a difficult person and David was able to negotiate terms that fit both parties . The home we choose need some updates and David was able to provide contacts for contractors that did good work. My wife and I are very happy in our forever home and we would highly recommend David as a Real Estate Agent.
