David worked hard, hustled, showed properties to me within only hours of them being listed. David was able to formulate for me a strategy in bidding on properties with tricks that I, as a practicing attorney for more than 40 years, was unaware of. I had a friend whose home was on the market for about the same time mine was and David had 4 times as many showings as the other agent had at my friend's house. HE was extremely aggressive and I like the fact that he kept me informed at all times regarding feedback he was receiving. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and he returned my many phone calls to him faster than I would have expected, knowing how busy he was. Made me feel I was his top priority.
