I can’t say enough about David, long story short: I moved out of state and called David to sell my house this was not simple smooth transaction everyday is more things stoping the process and every time David solved the problem, started with maintenance Davies got a team in the paint and do the repairs required. Next is the yard and David cleaned it him self and kept it maintained replaced my under sink disposal him self also fixed the dishwasher and when the bank needed pictures for the attic Dived found a way to get up and get the pictures and fixed the electrical to one of the fridge outlet and always keeping me updated and with all paperwork and very informal about the details and so much more. I can’t say enough about him I just love this guy, David Church you are the best. Thanks a lot
David, helped me buy my first home. Couldn't ask for anybody better. He was nice and really helpful through every stage of the process. Didn't pressure me to buy and if I didn't like the homes I saw, he would go back and find new ones. That's one of the important things I liked about David. No pressure. If the home you see isn't what you want, look at some more. Not like one of those agents that want to get their customers to do a quick buy, he takes time and effort to see what her customers want. Explains every step so you know what you are getting into when you are buying a home. I recommend him and hope you have the same experience I have received from having David as my agent.
