I used David's services for both the purchase and sale of my home; at all times he was professional and thoughtful in his dealings. During the purchase of my house he made sure to explore every possible avenue to get me the best price and when it turned out certain improvements from the PO were not done to code, he negotiated the full remediation of those issues. When I went to sell the same house 4 years later, he gave me straightforward advice on how best to organize my move that helped me complete the sale ASAP, and provided his opinion of which improvements I should focus on to maximize cosmetic appeal and gain the most value for my efforts. The sale did turn out to be a great success for me! In short I would highly recommend to use David's services and if I was in the market in the Des Moines area again I would do so myself.
