Always felt like Dave had our best interests 100% of the time.

Dave’s market knowledge was exceptional. He was extremely patient in helping us find the house that was a perfect match to what I told him, over a year ago, that I was looking for. Dave’s professionalisms and communication was exemplary . When we hit a snag close to closing , even though he was on vacation 1000 miles away, he jumped and had it resolved within an hour.
