Smooth sailing through rough waters

Dave was awesome! He showed an expert knowledge of the market to help us price our home to sell quickly but for an amount we were happy with. He helped us through two different rounds of buyers backing out unexpectedly before finally getting a committed buyer. When one unreasonable buyer under contract insisted on getting a structural engineer's opinion without paying for it, Dave brokered a deal with the buying realtor for the two of them to pay the engineer to move the deal forward. We were moving out of state while selling this house, and Dave took care of scheduling people to come in and address items from the inspection. He also arranged for us to sign closing documents early in person so we didn't have to deal with a mobile notary. I can't recommend Dave enough. This was my first time selling a house and he made it a great experience despite some bumps in the road that were out of our control. He offered expert guidance without ever being pushy and he was super fast to get back to us on all communication.
