Dave and his family have lived on the Treasure Coast most of their lives. Starting in Ohio with his father’s business Carman Builder’s, and moving to South Florida in 1981. He has been advising clients on the market value of properties, area real estate trends and strategies for each transaction and sharing how to take advantage of current market trends. Dave and his wife Kim have a son Alex and his wife Jasmine and a new grandson Liam. Dave is also involved in different projects on the Treasure Coast with his hobby of beekeeping and finding new homes for honeybees as well, doing live bee removals from neighbors homes.
