First time home buyer here and let me tell you the process was wonderful! Home buying can be a very daunting experience but David made the process so easy!! David was on top of everything!! He made sure to send us listings everyday that he thought we would really like, creating a portal for us to share homes. When we toured homes he was super knowledgeable and made sure we saw multiple homes in one day so we could compare them while they were still fresh in our mind. Once we we’re ready to put an offer in he was so fast getting the paper work together and submitting the offer. After our offer was accepted he worked so quickly and efficiently to get everything moving along and made sure to guide us every step of the way. I cannot recommend David enough!!
