We moved to NC from CA and had no idea what was required to purchase a home. Dave Cavaccaro and his support team were wonderful. He explained things in a professional and friendly manner and turned the confusing situation of buying a home into a pleasant experience. He was always available to answer any questions or show us a house we were interested in. Due to his quick response we were able to see a house as soon as it was listed and we bought it within two weeks of moving to NC! Even after we closed he has continued to be communicative and is a wealth of information for referrals to local businesses and contractors.
