My fiancé and I had been looking for a house to purchase for months. We found some houses and Dave was available to take us to tour them within 24 hours each time. When we found the perfect house, Dave walked us through the house and made sure we had all of the information needed to decide if we should put in an offer. Dave was knowledgeable about everything from the money needed to put down, the type of loans that are available, if the purchase price was fair, to what other houses in our area sell for. Dave was there for us with every question we had and we felt confident we were in good hands. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home! He will not disappoint.
