David is wonderful. Super patient with us as first time buyers, he was there ready to answer questions and walk us through the process as we found houses we were interested in. David helped us get our mother's home ready to rent. He oversaw all of the workers from painting, to repairs and any problem areas he foresaw in regard to renters being safe. He met the workers there and basically I only had to write a check. When the house was ready he placed ads and had a couple of open houses. He showed the house several times to prospective clients. Then we realized my son wanted to live there. David was more than understanding and gracious allowed us to end our contract with him. I highly recommend him both as an honest and reliable man.
