Action speaks louder than words and he delivered!

I did a search online to find the best broker/realtor to sell our home. David Burdeen showed up as one of the best with great reviews and a very impressive track record. However, what truly sold me on him is that he was able to get me "top dollar" for my house. Within a few days I had the full  price offer and it was the price I desired. What more could I ask for in a real estate agent? Action speaks louder than words and he delivered! I highly recommend David.
