I would not have made it through the short sale process without David last March (2014). He not only was a full service agent and handled every aspect of the real estate sale and closing for me, but he also helped me find an apartment to move into, helped coordinate my move, found me an attorney, and even a CPA to do my taxes. He made this very difficult process of losing my home as painless as possible and found me all the additional transitional funding available so I would be able to hire movers. I highly recommend David Burdeen. He is kind, sensitive, savvy, and vet very knowledgeable about real estate, federal housing programs, finances/debt, legal issues, and taxes.
