David has great communications skills without the fluffy. Straight forward answers to the buyers questions with facts. His market knowledge is also great with facts on how location of house effects the property taxes and overall mortgage payment.
We are first time home buyers from Phoenix, so time was very important for us since we wanted to buy in Yuma. Each visit David would show us multiple properties to make great use of our time.
