Upon placing the property on various websites, we were overwhelmed with the number of phone calls from realtors offering to list the property on our behalf. Although the property was considered prime due to its features and location, we realized that it was not properly advertised and a realtor would be a wise decision. Amongst the many phone calls from realtors, David stood out from the pack due to his professionalism and he was the only realtor we saved to our contacts. Once we decided to utilize a realtor, we contacted David and our initial conversation was beneficial and educational. Immediately, David took the lead to assure a prompt and successful sale. The next day we met with David at the property and during our initial conversation, we felt an immediate bond and connection with David. He clearly described the listing process and assured us that he would guide us through the process. One particular detail about David is his communication ability and the fact that each time we called David he would immediately answer and address our questions or concerns. David never seemed far away. Once an offer was presented, David shifted into overdrive and followed all protocols to assure a positive outcome. David constantly kept us informed of each step and always looked out for our best interest. David successfully sold our property for an amount that was very satisfactory to our family. We were looking for a home, and had no luck with the last agent. David came as a recommendation, and we are glad we went with him! Finding a home in this market is difficult and everyone and their mom has an opinion. So it's important to find an agent with knowledge and dedication. We moved down, from New Jersey; and as my husband still works there for a few months we were always on a time crunch seeing homes. David was very helpful and really understood our needs. He scheduled a whole day at a time and made sure to build a rapport with the sellers agents. Further, he really cared for our two eight year old boys, and included them in everything. He always answered the phone, even when he was at family functions! Once we found the one, he made sure we got it for a great price! The day, we made the offer he was working hard until midnight with the seller and with loan officer, to get it done! Next morning it was all signed. Everything after that was so fast and we closed within 3 weeks! All this while using one of those "so threatening" VA loans. We chose to work with his recommended title and loan company, and we could not been happier! I can highly recommend David and will use him and his knowledge, should we ever sell our beautiful home!
