Cool and worry free
I've dealt with Dave a number of times in the last 20 years or so. There is no uncertainty, whether as a buyer or a seller. Dave will tell you what you should expect to pay or receive and that's that. And that's exactly what happens. I have bought three times thru him and sold a couple of times. It has always worked like clockwork. No headaches, no needless paper work and no uncertainty. Above all else, he has made sure that all the legal process is done seamlessly. I hope to continue to work with Dave for many many years ahead as a buyer and seller in the Ellicottville area.
