Out of State Sale Made Easier

Dave worked with our family to sell my parents' home. My parents had relocated to Illinois where I live so we were a bit overwhelmed at the prospect of selling a house from 2 states away. Dave made the process so much easier! His team took wonderful pictures of the property and listed it everywhere imaginable. We received many good offers the first weekend it was listed and were able to secure a contract within days of listing it.
