When we were in search of a more affordable home, to plan for my husband’s upcoming retirement, David spent well over a year helping us find the perfect house. His knowledge, experience and expertise in the real estate industry was invaluable. His knowledge in the building industry was a huge asset, as well. Each home we visited he never failed to explore the very “bones” of the home, even, at times, encountering some very undesirable conditions. We sold our existing home very quickly and were hard pressed to find something else. David, worked diligently helping us; meeting at odd times and arranging showings around our crazy schedule. He took time to answer any questions and helped us navigate through the paperwork of selling a home and purchasing another on the same day. We feel, with David’s help, we’ve found the perfect home. It meets our future budget and matches our style, perfectly. He walked us with us through some very stressful times and successfully got us to the closing. We couldn’t have done it without him.
