As a first time homebuyer, I was very wishy washy with going through with purchasing a home in this market. David stuck with me for over a year and half, sending me new houses, or updated prices. He didn’t give up. He would check in every few months, we would change the search parameters again, and again. I finally decided to pull the trigger and buy, got approved, and from there it was a whirlwind! Through it all, David was there helping me through it and guiding me. From finding the right house for my needs, to also finding me a mortgage specialist. When we went and looked at the properties I liked, his knowledge was unbounded. Since he used to be a general contractor, he knew exactly what to look for, and look out for, things I never even thought of. When I found the house I wanted, he basically told me everything wrong with it, and when I got the inspection, and could not be there, he was there, and talked me through everything in it. From the start, he has been super pleasant, and helpful with the process, and to this day he still checks in to see if I need anything. It’s the little things, like him being there for the inspection, or stopping by after the current owners left to check the property. To the suggestions of handymen in all trades through his years of knowledge in the business that really make him a notch above the rest. I would recommend him to anyone, without hesitation based on my experience. Would give more stars, but five is the limit. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, knowledge, professionalism, and helpfulness of this man.
