Dave goes above and beyond the call of duty. This was needed since I no longer live in Chicago where my investment property was located. My only problem with this transaction is not with Dave, but the entire commission structure which I think is out of whack.
Our experience with Dave as our representative was top notch! He was truly a fantastic advocate for the sale of our home and was a great communicator. Never missed a call or a text exchange. And his good natured humor kept things stress free and drama free. We couldn't recommend him highly enough!
Very very good. David helped me sell my house and saved me from forecloser. My house was days away from going into forecloser and David helped me sell quick and also made calls for me to help me get this thing sold. He truly is an amazing man that will do whatever he has to do to help each person. I can tell he loves his job and enjoys making people happy. I would highly recommend him. Thank you David for all you've done. Even helped with the battle with the ex.
