Dave worked tirelessly and efficiently to get the best price for our home. His knowledge of the local market and home repair/inspection saved us time and money. Dave is a calm agent who knows how to navigate the entire real estate process and keep everyone on track; especially helpful if the other side of deal is inexperienced.
