We worked with David twice now, once to buy and once to sell. David is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and is able to explain each process and the reasoning behind decisions with expertise. He truly cares about his clients life and getting them to the goal they need whether it’s buying or selling a home. I have never worked with anybody in ANY field that has went as above and beyond what was necessary as David. He has made working cross state and local a breeze. He has encouraged us, guided us, and set us up for success even in tricky situations. His communication is phenomenal without being overwhelming. The most impressive element though is how he troubleshoots and handles ANY problem. You absolutely cannot go wrong using him as a realtor!
