David Beaver was very well equipped to help us on our search for a home. We were undecided and then he found a listing that fulfilled 90 percent of our needs. With his well rounded understanding of the area and our needs, we closed today....100 percent pleased with his help and the outcome.

Dave was a pleasure to work with. As a 1st time homebuyer, dave was incredibly patient, attentive and super responsive. He took his time to guide my wife and I through every part of the home buying process from viewings, negotiations and settlement. Very professional and would recommend him to anyone. My favorite part about working with Dave was his no-pressure attitude. I looked at many houses over years before finally finding one that was right for me. Each time we looked at a house there was no pressure from him, just honest opinions. He was patient with me as I still had some time with my rental (which he also helped me find years prior), he knew I was in no rush, and was waiting to find my perfect house. The process with him was simple, I would send him a house I wanted to look at via text, he'd ask what day/time was good for me to go, and we'd go. If he couldn't make it, he'd find someone else to show me the house on is behalf. He made the entire process very easy.

David was great to work with during the process of buying our first home! He was quick to respond to calls/emails and was always patient with answering all of our questions. We only wanted to live in one neighborhood and we were the first to know about our house once it was available. He made guided us in our negotiation to make sure we got the best deal, but more importantly, made sure we got the house we wanted!
