David Bauer

David was real swell to work with. He spent 2 full days accommodating our viewing schedule, traversing multiple towns, counties and varying price points. With a relocation plan in the wind, David helped us find the perfect fit for our new home.

He had answers for my questions and answers for questions I didn't know I should ask. Made the process smooth. Highly would recommend this agent.

First time home buyer and David made the whole experience a breeze. Was always available when I had questions or concerns and was always quick to respond. Again made the whole home buying process simple.

If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend David Bauer. He sold my house in 3 days. He guided me through each step, kept me informed, and answered all my questions. He was straightforward, honest and very professional. I was very pleased with the financial and other terms he negotiated. He made the process so smooth.

David was very helpful and thorough. His response time is great and he really takes the time to get to know you and the property.

David is a very patient, thoughtful, honest, knowledgeable and thorough agent as well as personable. You might say he’s the Clark Kent of RE agents.
